Rogue Rods Limited Warranty
Rogue Rods offers a limited warranty to the original owner against defects in material and workmanship. Our warranty does not cover accidental breakage, neglect, accidents, misuse, not original owner or normal wear and tear. Dated proof of purchase must be maintained and submitted with any warranty claim. A $40.00 warranty fee applies to all rods and a $85.00 warranty fee applies to all 1 piece rods 9' or greater. For returns outside the United States, customers will be required to pay the actual shipping and insurance fees. All warranty claims are handled through our manufacturing facility in Oregon.
Rogue Rods will repair or replace the rod at its discretion while it is owned by the original owner. Any rods that have been altered in any manner will be denied warranty repair or replacement. In order to process this warranty, the original owner must return to Rogue Rods the entire product , including all broken parts in a suitable shipping package (Do not ship in your personal rod tube, they will not be returned, disposable containers are advised), freight prepaid and insured (any rods/blanks damaged further in route to Rogue Rods will be denied warranty and the shipper will have to file a claim with the carrier)
Please note:
All service work must be sent directly to Rogue Rods. Rogue Rods dealers are not authorized to perform service work or administer over the counter replacements. Any rod/blank cut down for shipping purposes automatically voids the warranty.

Rogue Blanks Warranty:
Rogue Rods offers a limited warranty to the original owner. Our warranty covers defects in material and workmanship. Our warranty does not cover accidental breakage, neglect, accidents, misuse, not original owner or normal wear and tear. Dated proof of purchase must be maintained and submitted with any warranty claim. A $40.00 warranty fee applies to all replacements for 1 and 2 piece blanks. All blanks 1 piece 9' or greater have a $85.00 warranty fee. All warranty claims are handled through our manufacturing facility in Oregon. Defective blanks should be returned freight prepaid, with all guides, reel seat and handle removed if possible. No allowances or return of components are permitted.
Returns and Replacements on New Orders
You may return new, unused items sold and fulfilled by roguerods.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging (unless packaging was damaged). Rogue Rods will only pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of damaged merchandise or an error on our part. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipping carrier; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 days). We will notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the return.
Shipping Costs on New Orders
Shipping costs depend on the option you choose, the size and weight of the item, and where the order is going. Because of this, shipping is determined at the time of actual shipment. Shipping cost will be added to the Invoice total and the customer will be notified before payment is accepted. No merchandise will be accepted for return without prior authorization from Customer Service. For any and all returns please contact the Customer Service Department at (877) 352-7624, or via fax at (541) 830-1462. Any returns received without authorization will be denied and returned.
Shipping Restrictions for all orders
Warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. Items to big to ship to a P.O. Box must be shipped to a street address. Rods and Blanks that are 1 piece and 9' or greater will incur an over-sized charge from the carrier. When placing an order for a Rod or Blank 1 piece 9' or greater please call us direct at (877) 352-7624. You will be notified when placing your order if we're unable to ship specific items to the address you've selected.
When do we ship
When you place an order, we will notify you of shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Damage or Shortage
All claims for merchandise damaged in transit, for shortage of product, or for discrepancies of model numbers shipped versus model numbers ordered must be made within 10 business days of receipt of the shipment by contacting Customer Service at (877) 352-7624 or via fax at (541) 830- 1462. Damaged container items/s shipped in must be kept for inspection and pick up by carrier damage incurred by. If container is not kept item will not be replaced.
