Thank you for selecting a fine rod from the Rogue Rods line of first class fishing
rods. Every rod is guaranteed against defects in materials and/or workmanship by our limited lifetime original-owner warranty. The warranty fee is only $25. A dated proof of purchase is required with any claim (unless you sent us a Warranty Card in prior years). That’s it!
Our warranty does not cover accidental breakage, misuse or normal wear and tear—but if you broke it and we don’t cover it, you are entitled to 50% off the price of a brand new replacement rod. It’s that simple!

Shipping Costs on New Orders
Shipping costs depend on the delivery option you choose, the size and weight of the item, and where the shipment is going. Because of this, shipping costs are determined at the time of actual shipment. Those costs will be added to the invoice total.
Warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. Items too large to ship to a post office box must be shipped to a street address. Rods and blanks that exceed 60 inches will generally incur an oversized charge from the carrier. Please call us if you have any questions.
When Do We Ship?
We normally ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but not exclusively. When you place an order, we will notify you of shipping dates in the event your items are not in stock.
Damages or Shortages
All claims for damages, shortages or discrepancies on your order must be made within 10 business days of your receiving the shipment by contacting Customer Service at 1-877-352-7624 or via fax at 541-830-1462. You may also e-mail us at www.sales@roguerods.com.
Damaged shipping containers must be kept for inspection and pick-up by the carrier who caused the damage. If the container is not kept, the item(s) you ordered will not be replaced.
